The model had clean appliances and the apartment my son moved into had a dishwasher that is falling out of the counter and the stove top is in bad shape. The shower is old and does not have a speaker for music in the head as promised when we had a tour

Your son's unit was occupied when he moved in and apartment cleanliness is the responsibility of the residents in the unit. His bedroom was professionally cleaned before he picked up keys! Additionally, the speaker in the shower head is only an available option in our Premium units - your son is currently leasing a Terrace unit - but we definitely understand the confusion. Our goal is for all residents to have positive experiences at our community, so please let us know if there is anything further we can do to be of assistance.
